The ServeGlobal Ethiopia Team has made it safely to Ethiopia! Although they are a day late due to flight cancellations, we are thankful for safe travel.
Please pray for rest and sleep to overcome the jet lag as they join the team from University City Fellowship.
God Bless,
RJ
Here are some links to a couple worthy articles that have come my way the past few days. I hope you enjoy them!

I hope to see you there.

I just finished reading Donald Miller’s (he wrote Blue Like Jazz which I recommend) new book A Million Miles in a Thousand Years. I won’t go into a full review because I think I am still processing much of the book which honestly can take me a while. I will say that I laughed a lot which is always a bonus.
What I thought I would do is share two quotes from the book that stood out.
People love to have lived a great story, but few people like the work it takes to make it happen. But Joy costs pain.
Humans are designed to seek comfort and order, and so if they have comfort and order, they tend to plant themselves, even if their comfort isn’t all that comfortable. And even if they secretly want for something better.
Deep thoughts to say the least.
