Stirred By The Scriptures

Sometimes I wonder where hope is found. I know the right answer but the hope of heaven doesn’t pay the bills or answer what the next job will be for someone desperately looking for work. In so many ways my hope rests in the two appearances of Jesus. With his first coming he secured my salvation and with his second appearing heaven for all of eternity will be mine. It is the gap in-between that causes me sleepless nights and confusion. What do you say to the person who is out of work and trying to keep their head above water - hang in there until heaven? I think I will have to ponder this and wrestle with God hoping it becomes clearer.
