Struggling Well With Life

My mom used to say, often, “you never know when you get up in the morning what you will face before you lay your head down at night”. Yesterday was one of those days. Out of the five Hoffman brothers, the one who is the epitome of a man’s man, a good ole boy from Oklahoma, had a heart attack in the morning, and before the end of the day was in and out of surgery. All is well, and if you have a second, say a prayer for Kirk. This life, this day, is but a gift. Let’s enjoy it!
