If you are a church ministry leader looking for space to hold an event, please contact the Facilities Manager to find an available room. Please do so via email and provide as much information as possible about your event; including the date, time, and purpose of your event. We will attempt to find appropriate space for your ministry but cannot guarantee availability.
Church at Charlotte’s facility is only available for biblical marriages to those regularly and actively attending Church at Charlotte, according to the guidelines set out in our Wedding Procedures. The use of these facilities must be arranged through the Executive Assitant. A Wedding Request Form is the first step in the process. The Senior Pastor approves all requests for weddings at Church at Charlotte, regardless of who is officiating, and those services to be performed offsite by Church at Charlotte pastors.
When it is agreed that Church at Charlotte will be the site of the wedding, a Wedding Reservation Form should be completed and the deposit made. Dates are confirmed (reserved on the master calendar) upon receipt by Church at Charlotte of the reservation form and appropriate deposit.
Church at Charlotte reserves the right to block out holidays and other dates which interfere with ministry activities.
Important Wedding Procedure Documents:
Funerals at Church at Charlotte are limited to active voting members, active regular attendees and their immediate families (i.e. father, mother, husband, wife, and children).
